The AI Revolution in Real Estate: 37% Savings and Rapid Planning

"Woven CEO Burak Ustaoğlu, speaking on Bloomberg, explained how AI is transforming real estate efficiency. He highlighted that AI-powered virtual assistants independently handle 85% of general inquiries and deliver a net 37% saving in operational processes. Ustaoğlu also revealed that for a Kocaeli project, AI guided the entire process from land selection to concept design — recommending steel construction based on seismic risk analysis."

The Age of AI in Real Estate: Weeks of Work Compressed Into Minutes

Woven CEO Burak Ustaoğlu, sharing his views on a Bloomberg broadcast, stated that artificial intelligence has elevated efficiency and speed in the real estate world to previously unseen levels. He noted that virtual assistants and generative AI technologies in particular are playing a critical role in reducing construction costs and enabling better investment decisions.

Virtual Assistants Reducing Workload by 85%

Ustaoğlu noted that AI-powered virtual assistants have created a major shift in time savings, stating that these systems can independently handle approximately 85% of general information requests. Noting that success rates of over 70% have been achieved in responding to maintenance requests, service routing, and user inquiries, he emphasized that AI only escalates complex issues to human staff — resulting in a targeted 37% net savings in operational processes.

AI Speed in Architectural Design and Budgeting

Noting that construction companies are leveraging AI's data collection and analysis capabilities in their investment decision processes, Ustaoğlu said: 'With generative AI, we can complete weeks of preliminary research and concept work that an architecture firm would typically require — in just a few minutes.' He added that AI goes beyond design, also producing predictive modeling and production budgets that present the financial feasibility of a project.

The Kocaeli Case: Steel Construction Recommended Based on Risk Analysis

Illustrating AI's impact on investment decisions with a concrete example, Ustaoğlu noted that for a project in the Kocaeli region, they proceeded entirely with AI from land selection through to concept design. He stated that AI analyzed the seismic risk in the area and recommended a steel construction approach, then generated a 'Tuscany Villas' concept as the most suitable model for the location. Ustaoğlu added that the system doesn't just provide ideas — it also presents three distinct scenarios (optimistic, neutral, and pessimistic) to bring transparency to the decision-making process.
