Exclusive Invitation to Woven Global from UAE Ambassador: A New Era in the Turkey-UAE Investment Bridge

"Söz Haber: Woven Global was the sole Turkish company invited to UAE Ambassador Saeed Thani Al Dhaheri's strategic press conference. CEO Burak Ustaoğlu discussed the $40B trade target and AI's impact on real estate."

A $40 Billion Strategic Vision Between Turkey and the UAE

Economic relations between Turkey and the United States Arab Emirates (UAE) are experiencing a golden age following the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA). With bilateral trade reaching $19 billion in 2025, the new target is set at $40 billion. In line with these goals, Woven Global was the only Turkish company invited to represent the business world at a strategic press conference hosted by UAE Ambassador to Ankara, Saeed Thani Al Dhaheri.

Sharing his on-the-ground observations, Woven Global CEO and President of the Real Estate Technologies and AI Association, Burak Ustaoğlu, stated: "Being the sole company invited to this important meeting by Ambassador Al Dhaheri proves the accuracy of our mission. We don't just sell properties; we build secure investment bridges powered by AI, accurate data, and the right developers."

2026 Forecast: AI Will Reduce Costs, Yet Prices Will Rise

Ustaoğlu predicts that the 24.50% annual increase in the construction cost index will translate into a 30% rise in housing prices in 2026. However, highlighting the sector-wide revolution brought by Artificial Intelligence, Ustaoğlu referenced Morgan Stanley data: "AI integration will yield up to 37% savings in construction labor costs by 2030. This technological shift initiates a highly efficient new global era that minimizes risks for investors."

While guiding Turkish investors to the safe haven of Dubai, Woven Global is also reinforcing Turkey's international competitiveness. Through its new franchise system, the company offers premium portfolios across the Aegean, Mediterranean, and Istanbul to UAE investors, driving robust two-way investment traffic.
