Smart Real Estate Investment with AI: Ask Like an Analyst

"Woven CEO Burak Ustaoğlu noted that Turkish investors rank among the top three in the global real estate market and emphasized that AI is critically important for selecting the right location, especially in overseas investments. Stating that the most effective results from AI come from "asking the right questions," Ustaoğlu highlighted that framing the system as an investment analyst is what drives success."

The AI Era in Real Estate Investment: The Right Question Wins

Speaking on Bloomberg, Woven CEO Burak Ustaoğlu noted that Turkish investors have become a significant force in the global real estate market, ranking among the top three among major developers worldwide. Stating that there is strong demand growth both domestically and internationally, Ustaoğlu emphasized that identifying the right project and location in overseas markets is considerably more difficult — and that this is precisely where technology needs to step in.

AI Should Be Given the Role of "Investment Analyst"

Noting that the capabilities AI offers are decisive in overcoming these challenges, Ustaoğlu said the real issue is knowing how to ask AI the right questions. Offering investors a practical tip, he said: 'If you want to make an investment decision, you should prompt AI by saying 'act like an investment analyst' — the more precisely you frame your question, the more professional the output you receive.'

The Need for Education and Leadership

While there is little resistance across society to the benefits of AI, the CEO noted that gaps still exist in terms of using and directing the technology correctly, adding that this process requires both education and leadership. Ustaoğlu concluded that when the right questions yield the right answers, major successes can be achieved for both developers and investors alike.
