The amount paid by Turkish investors for overseas property purchases rose 20.5% in 2024, reaching $2.513 billion compared to the previous year. Turkish capital seeking overseas returns has increasingly converged on Dubai, drawn by its high rental yields, tax advantages, and secure investment environment. Dubai's strategic location, political stability, and quality of life make it one of the world's most attractive investment destinations.
Woven Investment Co-founder Burak Ustaoğlu, who operates along what he calls the golden investment routes between Turkey and Dubai, emphasized that Turkish investment volume in Dubai has climbed from $400 million to $3 billion in just two years. With approximately 10,000 property purchases driving that $3 billion figure in 2024, trust remains the top criterion — with working through firms that have offices in Turkey being a decisive factor for investors.
